I was born and raised in the great city of New Orleans. I have a wonderful family. My parents still call NOLA home while my sister lives by the beach in Florida with her husband and beautiful children, Mia and Evan.
I currently reside in a suburb outside of Memphis, TN with my husband, Trey and our beautiful daughter, Madison. Oh yeah, Bennett & Buster, our 2 black lab mixes, also live with us as well.
Trey's whole family also live in or near Memphis, TN. Due to my amazing in-laws, Trey and I are able to enjoy some semblance of a social life.
My husband is an attorney for a well known insurance company. He answers to the Gecko. I'm an accountant that works in the corporate tax department of a regional bank. However, our most important job is trying to raise our daughter.
Since having Madison, time has increasingly started to fly by way to fast. This blog is my attempt to chronicle our life and our adventure that we call parenthood. I hope you enjoy reading about my life and family!
